Stir-fried dishes are easy to make and usually take less than half an hour to prepare. It's a great dish to prepare on week days after work. It's fresh, tangy, tasty and done in no time.
You can use other types of meats such as horse meat, ground turkey, ground veal or even ground lamb, if you don't like beef. I prefer using a grade A ground beef. It's juicy with lots of flavour. Serve it warm steamed Jasmine rice and you get a heavenly aroma of the spices and the basil.

*TIP : After slicing hot chilis, soak your hands immediately in milk or yogurt
so as to attenuate the heat released from the chilis, on your fingers.
And please do not touch your nose, your mouth or most importantly, your eyes
before doing this important step*
